POLL: Should Jalal Hosseini be re-invited to Team Melli for the World Cup?

I did not watch Iran’s qualifiers, but if Jalal was integral to the team's defense during those games and he is still fit, then it makes a lot of sense to have him included in the World Cup squad. He should have good coordination with the starting GK, since they both play for the same club and were recently in the ACL.

What if Montazeri or Pouraliganji get injured??

We'll probably play Shojaei and Ansarifard as our CB duo then.

cq would have brought hosseini, if he didnt think cheshmi or Majid could do a better job

Montazeri was brough as a back up for Rezaein or incase a CB gets injured

I think ultimately, if Hosseini decides to continue and play for Team Melli, he will make the Asian Cup squad but I doubt he will play much.

I strongly believe Hosseini’s presence in Team Melli can help the likes of Majid Hosseini and younger CBs moving up to the senior national team.
