Stupid decision to get rid of Schafer, he isn't a top coach ama baraye sare in footballam ziad bod, the moment they added Majidi to Esteghlal coaching staff and Rahmati was benched, Schafer days were counted. Esteghlal had scoring issue but they were playing some decent football.

Apparently Schafer showed up for training at the Esteghlal facility the next day and was told he was not allowed in. They fired him without even informing him. What class!
