These international companies are the worst piece of ****, completly submitted to illegal and unfair sanctions, humiliating ordinary and innocent people only for the rule of money. The day sanctions will be lifted, they will go back to Iran like flied attracted by the sh1t odours. WTF Europeans saying we will protect their companies in iran blabla and Peugeot straight saying they leave Iran while having no business in the USA.

Just noticed my thread on calling for action to ask Nike to reverse its decision was closed by one of the moderators as spam. Hopefully that is because I did not post it here, although I do not believe --discussion-- of a subject is the same as --call for action-- and none of the other spam criteria applied to that thread, you may search for it if you care. Regardless, I think Iranians should be savvy enough to differentiate actions that are aimed at discrediting their very identity vs other politically motivated events which we may agree or disagree on. I don't know the motivation behind Nike's action. What I do know, is that there can not be any links made between cleats or football equipment and whatever the Trump sanctions were aimed to achieve. Then why is this action necessary, other than an attempt to humiliate or discredit a team and a nation at this stage?
Money talks and for what it is worth, what we can do is NOT to buy Nike products, but first we have to ask them for an explanation. I have told my non-Iranian friends and coworkers about this and interestingly enough no-none has agreed with Nike actions and the reaction was mostly: How does this even relevant or related to government of Iran? Exactly. That's the question we should be asking not to try to justify what Nike is doing.

Why would you support a company? I actually stopped purchasing Nike products after the 98 WC Brasil fiasco
