    Ramadan on matchday vs morocco

    Salam bacheha.

I'm new here 😃 i looked around and didnt saw anyone posting about our players doing the ramadan or not. I was curious, does anybody know if our players are doing ramadan?

Ramadan ends on june 14th, so there will be no problem for our players 😊

Actually it ends 15th or 16th. For Turkish people it ends 14th indeed but in Iran it ends 15th or 16th.

They are traveling, so they are not obliged to fast, unless a players opts to do so for personal beliefs.

Please call it the Iranian way... "ramazan" or "ramazoon" are both acceptable, ramadan is not.

          Thanks.

Again ths question comes up whenever we have olympics and WC and the answer is always the same:
1st: They are not fasting because they are travelling and are exempted.
2nd: IFF are now experts on how to arrange training camps etc that the players training and nutrition does not get affected.

This question was asked numerous times, and answered numerous times.
