How important is he to your squad?
If he doesn't appear saturday againt Estonia, it would mean that he won't be ready for Iran.

Marouane, I can assure you and all fans around the world that this WC Iran will not be playing a defensive game.
Not even against Spain or Portugal.
Iran played a counter attacking game in Brazil because it lacked quality strikers with international experience.
Iran's strength in 2014 was in the Midfield and mostly in DMs. Hence, the style of their play in that WC.
But 4 years later and in 2018, Iran's main source of power and experience is in the attacking midfielders and strikers.
It's therefore imperative for Iran to play an attacking game if they want to use their full potential and utilize their greatest
assets on their roster. I would not be surprised in the first match against Morocco to see Iran play with no DMs at all since
their best DM is suspended. The first match will be a shoot out and whoever can score more will win, that is if Morocco comes
to play and not defend.

Hello Marouane, how are you?
It is a fifty fifty situation for both sides indeed. Morocco's advantages lies on the fact that they have enough players playing in the top European clubs, and also they have had better friendly games than Iran. Iran's advantages lies on the experience of having been in the last world cup with the same head coach and being familiar with African football in general for having coached South Africa in the past.

Ali is notorious for injuring goalkeepers, especially after a meal of Kaleh Pache (also the name of our Right Back)

good thread
I just watched Morocco-Slovakia highlights. Good game. Nice goals. I am looking forward to the match. My observations from this game are that morocco are a lot more in sync than our boys, They press well up high, but they can be scored on and we have more than enough firepower to score on Morocco. The thing with Carlos Queiroz is that he never shows his cards. I have been a die hard fan of TM for decades and I honestly don't know who is going to play in our Morocco game. 50% of the lineup is unknown to me. I can only say that azmoun, jahanbakhsh, milad, hajsafi ashkan will play. I do not know who our cb duo will be, I am not sure who our rb will be. Not sure who our DM will be. Not sure who our LW or gk is going to be. GK is either beiranvand or abedzadeh.
