By playing PAG and Cheshmi as CD, CQ converted two DM to CD(PAG was DM in Naft), that means he puts lot of emphasizes on building attack from defense.

Cheshmi, shojaei, and amiri is a travesty. Ghoddos must be wondering why he joined us to get benched for the likes of taremi, amiri, shojaei. Not sure how cheshmi deserves yet more game time. Good to see ebrahimi I guess. From the available options he’s probably the best to fill for saied

Montazeri may lack speed, be old and have average height, but he makes up for all that due to his high intelligence to read the game. The Argentina match was a proof of that.

The reason why CQ insist On cheshmi is a) He has a game plan that forces to the opponent to play areal football. Then Cheshmis height is an advantage.

It has been like this since the beginning. Everyone comes up with mind games mind games but there are no mind games. CQ will play cheshmi shojaei Amiri and the keep the likes up taremi and ghoddos on the bench. Hope its for the best. Sad as a fan.

Doubt Amiri is gonna start over Taremi.. CQ has started Taremi in almost every friendly so far.

Cheshmi sadly seems like a lock to start however .. :/
