I would say its in our nature to be optimistic.

I like the fact that you don't call yourselves Arabs, nothing wrong with being Arabs by the way, and trust me we know you are not Arabs. generally the morocan folk who know football are very afraid of the match (like me), this game will be very unpredictable and difficult for both teams, but i wish we can win, you know for me if we didnt reach the second tour its not dramatical , about morocan forum its called mountakhab you can found it easly, generally we seak morocan dialect so its will be very difficult for iranian to understand ,,,

Iranians are being way more humble than Moroccans, most Iranians state we will win 1-0. If you go on youtube top morocco comments are that they will win 4-0, 7-0 etc.....

predictions are like here in Forums some more chauvinistic than others and some are pessimistic it goes from 2-0 for us to 1-0 for u lots of draws but all in all people me included have great hopes ... we like how the team plays... and they know that they have to make us proud.. stadiums were empty the last years before Renard...there are videos where u can see people insulting the players the Moroccan fans are very demanding u can go from hero to Zero very quickly...they know that they have to give it all on the Pitch...their Lungs their Heart..if they lose...Not only against Iran even against the other 2 teams... they better play like warriors and lose like men.. and this is how they were playing for the last year...so yes we secretly believe we can make it past the group stage...and it means we should absolutely win against you guys...I know this is the exact feeling you have for your team... if we lose I ll come and congratulate u ...and I hope if it s the case at least they leave it all on the Pitch.
