Last night a large group of Iranian "fans" besieged the hotel of the portuguese team making a lot of noise and preventing them from sleeping.
It looked organized and seemingly they had a relatively big sound-system at the site.
Probably the same group of people who have been disrupting Iranian fans from supporting the team with their horning, now disrupted the Portuguese players sleep.
How passionately I hate the Iranians who are affiliated to this entity.
What is going to happen now are two possible things.
The Portuguese are going to be extra motivated because of this, so that they are going to go the extra mile today to smash Iran, or Iran will clinge a victory that is going to be severly tainted.

This idea that their victory will be tainted if Iran wins now is an irrational narrative. It's really not that serious, it was all in good fun, don't be so miserable.

If you're genuinely concerned, the game is played at 9pm local time. Even if the players' sleep was disrupted, there's plenty of time between morning and kick-off for them to rest up. Plus, the hotel they chose to stay at is apparently near the WC fan section in Saransk. If they were concerned about this sort of thing, they would have stayed in a different city.

- Players curse at your family, mother, child, sister etc. If Morteza Xavidoost didn't play in a noncompetitive league like Qatar, he would know this.
- Opponent fans will do everything to throw the other team off their balance.
