Now Portugal and Spain watch this game and think this is our line up against them!

CQ risked this vs Morocco, and it worked!
Expect the expected changes vs Spain!

ALSO great praise to EBRAHIMI the man fought like a lion!

What needs to change for the next game is Taremi or Ghoddos in place of Shojaei from the beginning. If not from the beginning, it must happen before 50 mins.

Also, someone needs to go tell and convince Azmoun he's the best player in the entire country, even if he isn't.
You could see so simply that he's emotional and when things go bad for him, he disappears (a little like Morata, amazing when he's confident, invisible when he's not).

Thank you, CQ, for bringing much deserved happiness to our people. This man has done more for our people than any single person has for a long, long time.

Omid was a BEAST. Fought like a bull dog out there. Was CQ hiding him all along? I hope he's okay for the next match, because we'll need him.

And Amiri and Cheshmi deserve recognition, especially Amiri, who was great. Now perhaps we can say, sorry, King Carlos, you were right all along.

I love you all! We deserve this.

I was impressed by FS1's commentary of TM and Iran in the US broadcast. Both commentators were well-read and prepared to discuss TM, including side commentary about the issue of sanctions causing loss of Nike shoe delivery (without politicizing; and they were actually very sympathetic to TM players in this regard), about women's rights to watch TM games in stadiums (again without politicizing, but really just supporting the women's movement to get more rights), about the dominance of Iranian women in Asian Futsal, about Iran's first and only win in 1978 against Scotland (the male commentator actually recalls watching the game), and about Iran's 98 WC match against the US (the female commentator was actually at that game). They also commented on TM's resolute ability to breakdown Morroco's pace of attack, despite the lower ball possession, which favored Iran's style of play.

I love Masoud as a human being. I bow to him... But please let this be his last game for TM. Please

As I alreayd said we will WIN we win the game and I am happy. congratulations to us and after 20 years we win a game. In the begin of the match Morocco played very good infront and fast attacking. I did not understant what happend with the fight at the end. We need now 2 draws or atleast 1 win. 5 points is enhough for the next round?

For me the most negative of the game was the fcking brithish commentator who was racist and made fun of iran, asia and was hoping for a humilitating moment for Iran. Thank God he got a big one up his ass.. does anyone know who he was?

Omid is pretty short yet he won a lot of duels on aerial balls in the midfield..
