Actually , they were not that bad as they also mentioned this: " Iran arrived at this tournament having set a World Cup record by keeping 12 clean sheets in a row during qualifying. bleacher reporters have no knowledge of football. These are mainly baseball and NFL football reporters ..... I know the chief editor of bleacherreport who lives close to us .... He told me he doesn't follow football. I believe him :-)

Guys unfortunately the reality is Iran has a negative image as a country worldwide for many reasons that I will not elaborate on (because it's a soccer forum).
