Incredibly proud of the boys but also so frrustrated.

I am frustrated with the ref and the FIFA bias against us and favoritsm towards Portugal and Ronaldo. How much harder did Ronadlo need to punch our player in the mouth to get a red?

I am frustrated with the ending and Taremi's most infamous miss. This will go down as the most regrettable miss in TM's history for a long time. Can you imagine would could have been? Imagine winning the group with Spain and Portugal in it.

Overall I am mostly proud of our boys. I am so proud of TM and CQ and I hope CQ's contract gets renewed. 4 Points in the group of death shows what he has achieved.

We are no longer taken lightly in international football. No team and I mean NO TEAM wants to play us. No team will think we are pushovers or easy 3 points. This is all thanks to CQ.

Thank you to the boys and CQ for a very memorable WC but I know for a very LONG TIME I will be thinking about what could have been. That Taremi play will haunt me for the rest of my life.

We played an positive game and just lacked a little bit in finishing.

Taremi's miss was actually realy tough. The keeper had completely closed the angle. so he didn't miss a sitter.

Guys, get off of Taremi's back! It wasn't as if he missed a sitter in front of the goal.. he was dribbling down the left side with a defender on his hip. Yes, he needed to chip it across the goal to the far-post with his left foot; that's not easy!

what an unbelievable campaign by our team. the whole football world has to respect us now.

although i am proud i still have questions like why didn't ghoddos play a bigger role? and finally when CQ subs him in early its for AJB. to me that was a bad decision. AJB and Ghoddos need to be on the field together. this our 1-2 punch. would have also liked gucci to come on instead of karim. gucci has that killer instinct in him, he's clutch. and taremi.... oh man he missed a lot of golden oppurtinites for us. he needs to get the fuck outta gutter. wish we could have seen dejagah in action too.

i hope CQ stays with us till '22. we got 4 points in group of death. we went toe to toe with some world powerhouses.

Incredible performance by our boys! I have never been more proud of our team and they surely brought joy and happiness to Iran! THANK YOU TM and CQ for a remarkable journey. 4 points in the group we were in is unheard of, but we proved everyone wrong and both Spain and Portugal were shocked and on their tippy toes when we attacked.
