Bbc Pablo Zabaleta, Didier Drogba & Alan Shearer say No penalty for us , and no red card for ronaldo ! also no penalty for ronaldo
I personally think it should've been : 1 penalty for us , 1 penalty for ronaldo and red card for ronaldo ! apart from that i still think the ref was fair .
But ronaldo should've given a red card ! for elbow and if not for his deliberate handball - hajsafi should've also given red card for headbutting the ref .
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/world-cu...tiano-ronaldo/ Also thinks no penalty for us!
2 yellow cards for us and 4 yellow card for Portugal.
https://hw18.cdn.asset.aparat.com/ap...80p__52959.apt <-- hajsafi headbutt the ref is a red card .

It's easy to hate Ronaldo, but he didn't actually punch him in the face. He probably wanted to, but then he just used his arm to push him. If it had been his elbow, certainly a red card, but yellow seems a good call, especially as everyone neutral seemed to feel that way.
Plus Ronaldo was ineffective anyway. Him being off the pitch doesn't magically get us 2 goals. Not 'robbed' at all.
The penalty is certainly arguable, but then we got a penalty for no handball, so that evens that out.
Any more?

This should have been another yellow by Ronaldo ... wow, didn't even see this! Meaning that's two yellows and he is off.

I have faith if we continue improving and showing these amazing performances in the wc: Argentina, Spain and now Portugal...one day we will become FIFAs asset that they want to protect.
Most neutral fans especially those from Africa and Asia are now big fans of TM. Many of my Italian friends consider TM their second favorite team now.
What TM is doing with each of these world cup performance is building a bigger fan base and creating a better image. Bright future ahead of TM. Consider this robbery a right of passageEAT. SLEEP. TM. REPEAT.

I love how people who have placed bets AGAINST Iran in the Spain game, and made money, suddenly show up and believe that anything coming out of their mouth can be considered anything but a waste of air mixed with odor.“It is easier to fool the people, than to convince them they have been fooled." - Mark Twain
