Dear Cristiano Ronaldo
Time for this sissy boy to retire because after playing against real footballers (Iranian players) he will no longer be able to play the way he did before, especially knowing there are 11 better players out there that can embarrass him any given day
Also this way he gives the football fans around the world a break from seeing his annoying dr evil smirks and smiles during each game he plays
From now on it will be Ronaldo before the Iran game and Ronaldo after the Iran game
He is finished!چو ایران نباشد تن من مباد

Dear Keeris Ronaldo
What a way to bow out and play your ast WC game. In utter disgrace as the world watched your trademark selfishness take precedence over even the fate of your team/country.
Losing to Uruguay that too, not Germany, Brazil or Spain!
Just in case you may forget, this was only possible because one "lesser" team, Iran, stood tall in front of you and despite series of gifts to you & Portugal, they overcame all the obstacles and made sure you dont get the easy way out: playing Russia.
We the fans are grateful for one major thing though:
No more constant close ups of your face, ALWAYS LOOKING UP AT THE STADIUM SCREENS TO SEE HOW CAMERA ARE CAPTURING YOUR SILY SMUG FACE. Narcissism has a limit!
No more. Now we can hold our lunch down when we watch football
Bye. Dont let the door hit your arse too hard on your way out

He is pretty much finished, despite being ready physically he needs to be able and capable mentally, getting the exit like this I think he is pretty much finished for his national team.
I wouldnt be surprised to see him in the US in the next couple of years, and I strongly doubt Real Madrid would keep him around especially with all the tax scandalچو ایران نباشد تن من مباد

You had brought on to the pitch all your superman gear and all your narcissist, self-centred, egotistic crap believing since you scored a hat trick against Spain, now you were about to double that. You failed big time. Iran Keeper Alireza Beiranvand saved all your attempts including the one penalty you were able to fool the ref again by running into defenders feet. Iranian players showed the world how to shut you down. You go through because Fifa sponsors have instructed Fifa to do so. We understand that. But remember this Iran game and remember how you failed big time.

It was the VAR review that called attention to the incident in the first place and asked the referee to review for a "possible red call offense".
This was just the Paraguayan ref. feeling the pressure of not wanting to end the WC career of one of the best players in the world with a red card - something that happened to Zidane.
That's why he took so long reviewing the incident trying to figure out what he should do. At the end, he made the wrong call under pressure.
I personally can't stand Ronaldo because of his antics (I don't care how good he is) but he has a lot of fans and they're all out en masse criticizing all the articles and tweets that say he should have been red carded, some even saying that it was PAG who should have received a card for simulation!!!
And the ref. would have been under the same type of abuse and assault from the fans had he sent Ronaldo off. At the end, he tried to balance the decision which was absolutely the wrong thing to do in my opinion.
In all honesty, I don't think it would have changed the overall outcome of the match with 10 minutes to go... Ronaldo was not really in it and we were just not pressing enough and playing too deep in our half still.
He tried to make up for it by giving us the penalty, which let's face it was not a penalty.
