The plan for postponing the entire AFC champions league so that CQ can have his plans was dead wrong from beginning because even if his plan had worked, it would have been temporary and for this world cup only.

Cq is a good coach and chances are that there will be one or two countries which will want to hire him as their next manager . And again I personally wouldn't mind at all if he leaves and we bring in a new attacking minded coach because that is what I like to see from the National team, attack.

My name is Irandoust and my love and affection towards the Iran zamin and parchame shiro khorshid is thousands times more than you. And that is exactly why I want an attacking minded coach to lead our beloved National team. I am glad you brought that up kid.

For people that have no idea what they taking about , all the clubs in Iran are government owned all the employees are government eompliyess, Branco and CQ both work for the same ppl , in a country with 0% democracy, how is it that Branco a coach of a club team can tell the IFF and CQ what to do ..

Branco was a poison before he came to Iran , he has never really done anything other than be an assistant to blazeviz , he is like the Croatian version of afshin ghotbi, but much worse cause he works against the national team and has to much corruption in his way he works ....

Branko is a small coach and he showed that many times, good enough for IPL though, but that doesn't say much. Most foreign coaches are better than our local ones anyway.

In fact,so much so that Shitty Arabia sent arguable the "best 8 prospects" to La Liga to train. Keep in mind, Shitty Arabia is paying the clubs to take them on. National pride trumps all else for every other country. It's why all nations send their best and brightest to Europe. Does Brasil or Argentina even field domestic players?

But as I learn more about his record and controversies with Portugal/ManU, it needs to be said, he is a difficult person and impolitic. Many demanding, successful, elite professionals are this way - stubborn, principled, and lack the ability to politic in order to get what they want.

As DD notes its not right for CQ to unleash venom like this when he's on a "high". I wish he'd just take the high road and not give the iranian yellow press more poison. This is an opportunity to ride a wave of positivity and use the momentum of TM's historic performance to achieve results; instead he's just making more enemies and creating hashiyeh.

Love the man but you have to admit he's difficult and creates needless headaches - usually he himself is the victim. It's his flaw.

CQ - for god sake, use this tidal wave of support and sympathy for TM to GET RESULTS.
well, we can say CQ is a SORE WINNER !!!
                        go figure!

Saudia Arabia had there nations team in a preparation camp for 3 months , the took all of their ACL players away from their teams , played against teams like Portugal , Ukraine , Belgium , Italy , Germany , Ghana , Greece , they literally did what ever they coach wanted , all for what to Play against the two weakest teams in the World Cup both Egypt and Russia by far way weaker thank Spain and Portugal .

What did we get ? They gave Carlos nothing and expect a miracles from him ....

Not if an attacking minded world class coach replaces CQ.

This is the perfect time to do this - he said he would start calling people out after the world cup, and he has started with Branko. Wouldn't be surprised to see Ali Karimi next.

If he did it after a failure or loss, people would say he is just trying to deflect attention from his shortcomings.

He is doing it after success, so nobody can accuse him of any sort of attention shifting.

When else is an appropriate time to call out those who are undermining (intentionally or unintentionally) the national team?

Yup. Carlos completely buried Branko on live tv.

I wonder what all the confused and bipolar fans are gonna comment now after a majority of them praised Team Melli.

                                “Love you Carlos”

                                Then..

                                “HOW DARE YOU *** NANAT!”

If there are any group that needs to go, stupid fans should be the first on the list. And that includes Esteghlal loyalists who are bigger fans of Esteghlal too. Not just Persepolis. All the Ghalenoei followers and the Branko followers who silently follow TM but post ugly words on their social media. They all need to go.
