Remaining players that should announce their retirement should be Ashkan and Montazer

We were not stacked in all positions when CQ convinced them to join Team Melli

I still remember Ashkan’s first game
His two goals against Qatar felt just as good as our score against Portugal
Maybe it wasn’t on the same stage but it felt really good

We were all so happy that Ashkan decided to play for us
Six years later and battles have taken a toll onour Lion
I don’t think his body can handle playing in the same level

I really want him to leave the Team Melli in a dignified way
I wish we don’t hear about his leaving on social media

CQ should have held a press hearing along with Reza to announce his retirement
Same should be done for Ashka
