How should our players retire from Team Melli

We have some players that play a couple of games for Team Melli and never get another call back
Then we have Icons which have contributed greatly to our national team

Nekounam
Jalal Hoseini
Gucci

And many more

Federation shall have a process for announcing retirement for our iconic players
They should at least hold a press conference with players do the players can say their good bye to our fan
