Wasn’t sure where I could post this, and didn’t wanna open a new thread either. So I just finished watching Rezaeian’s interview on 2018 show. He comes across as an immature and overly sensitive player which often can be a trouble maker in any team.
I can picture him as the next TM “quitter” should fans pick on him too. Very insecure and also somewhat cocky for someone who barely picked up his football career at the age of 28.
I may be a little too harsh on the poor guy, but he is so much into haashiye and unimportant issues than the actual football seems like.
Him saying I like to constantly get into verbal arguments with the opponent’s players trying to distract them... and also his comment “be bacheha hamishe migam mage ma chimoon az team haaye bozorg kamtare? Ma ham eyne Ronaldo va baghiye 2 ta pa va 2 ta dast daarim...”
I was like nigga serioously?

I think Zlatan has always been the cockiest and most self centric footballer ever. But certainly rightfully and deservedly so. He has proven his worth on the pitch and he may brag about his excellence of the pitch as well.
Too much overconfidence and cockiness will eventually become your biggest obstacle in anything you do and plan to achieve. [emoji846]

He did the same thing regarding his club situation. Not sure why he is going this to himself. He can’t make a decision for the life of him. He doesn’t have the warrior spirit lol he doesn’t want to succeed as much as we want him to. I am pretty sure he will stay close to this family and not go to any other club and just waste his time! Wish Mahdavikia helped him make decision as a manager

1 - I am not a fan of Ramin’s personality at all - I think he is one of those guys who likes drama, hashiye, etc.
2 - I think this is the first time I’m in strong disagreement with you
However in this particular instance I really do applaud Ramin for a couple of reasons.
First off, every team needs a sh!t talker. Every team in every sport has one of these yet we have guys like Pouraliganji who go into shock when he encounters someone like Costa who is throwing insults at him left and right. There is a huge mental element to sports and this is just part of the game. Is it polite/politically correct? No of course not, but it’s sports and it exists. Not to mention Ramin was probably backing up most of his trash talk as he was one of our better players.
I give Ramin an even bigger applause for that Ronaldo statement. His statement clearly insinuates he was trying to instill confidence as opposed to being scared. One of my biggest concerns was some of our boys (especially PGL players who idolize him and haven’t left Iran/the continent of Asia their entire lives) would be scared sh!tless stepping on the same pitch as him but I my concerns were eased and it’s this mentality of viewing Ronaldo as an equal that squashed any fear. What would you have liked him to say?Team Meli Iran
