I think Zlatan has always been the cockiest and most self centric footballer ever. But certainly rightfully and deservedly so. He has proven his worth on the pitch and he may brag about his excellence of the pitch as well.
Too much overconfidence and cockiness will eventually become your biggest obstacle in anything you do and plan to achieve. [emoji846]

He played great against Ronaldo and Portugal - he showed the world that and proved it when it mattered. Now, he is now backing it up on TV too after he did it where it mattered. So what's the problem? He is saying don't be scared of these guys. He is absolutely right. People here were saying "Oh, Ramin will worship Ronaldo in the Portugal game." No, he tackled him well, talked trash and trip to keep the spirits of the team up with his great play.

People have a gripe with Ramin and their minds will never change - even if that's based on nothing factual - on the field and off of it.

He deserves a great European club.

Damet garm Ramin for your fearlessness and rising above the hate and played with confidence and self-belief. I wish we had more players like Ramin. The best players in the world (Spanish, Portuguese, English, Argentinian etc.) swear at your mother and sister on the field, reveal their lives on social media and have insane levels of belief in themselves. We need the same. He has a bit of a mean streak in his game - I wish Sardar had the same. Interesting, this is a thread about Sardar and we wished he had more Ramin in him and less loos-bazi.

We are just harder on our boys than others. We criticize them for what we praise others for. It's unfair. It's a real deep insecurity we have.

Now it's starting to get traction in the international media...

This could hurt potential club suitors who might think he is too fragile for their team...

He is not made for bigger clubs! In Rom (Lazio) the press would take him apart after 3 or 4 goalless games. Also other the press in other cities. So he should stay in Russia and earn money and be happy.

Ramin is arguably the best motivator on the team - a key piece for us.

Let's call a spade a spade, half the hate for him is because he takes care of his looks and is confident about them - which for some reason people dislike.

I really don't know why we have such idiotic fans. Ruining Sardar's image when he is gonna be probable star for TM upfront within the next 10-13 years. He didn't have enough service to have a golden opportunity to score. That being said he was trying his best to find other ways to be effective but it just didn't work out for him. I wonder what people would have done if he was the one who missed those golden opportunities instead of Taremi.

This is false psychoanalysis of the worst order Iranians love pulling.
ARJ is the definition of a professional.
                1. You didn't understand my post nor it's intent/message

                2. Every single sentence and question of your post is wrong and misplaced (the worst order of posts we have on the forums these days, posting something out of emotion reasons without understanding the subject and passive aggressively trying to insult the person who posted something that you didn't like )

                3. Just because you think AJR is a pro doesn't mean all Iranians are pro or that our best pros (say AJR, although the ones that came closest are Daei and Kia) come nowhere near what a top pro should be.

Beside that good, sensible post though...

Few days before Portugal game I started getting some cold symptoms which slowly worked itself into some mean ass, full blown Russian Flue..! Finally got on some serious antibiotics upon my return & begining to see daylight @ the tunnel..!
Hopefully in a week or so I’ll write up something

it's a world record. The quickest turnaround ever from retirement to un-retirement.
