yes he's done well for perspolis, but has done nothing for TM

CQ asked for him to release his players early so that CQ can prepare them for the WC, but branko refused because he needed them for asian CL, a meaningless tournament compared to the WC.

and when he coached TM, he wasn't even a coach lmao. he was a puppet as Daei ran things and a jealous Karimi decided to tarnish our WC 06 by starting a fight during halftime vs mexico.
branko didn't have control, yet CQ runs the whole show.

this isn't even up for debate, CQ > Branko
    SHOW TIME!

Let us go step by step my friend: Branko of nowadays is very different from the weak and incompetent Branko of 2006. He has learned from his mistakes from that period and is a much more successful head coach nowadays.
Yes Branko did refuse to release his players for the Asian champions league as he needed them for that very important tournament that is being followed by many Asian football fans throughout the continent. Felipe Scolari who is in charge of a Chinese football club but has won the world cup with Brazil in 2002 would have the same demands and requests for keeping his players for the same Asian club competitions as Branko does because that is how the professional football is and has been for a long time.
If CQ was in charge of any Asian football club, he would be fighting for the same issues as Branko is nowadays.
You and many Persian football forum members may think that CQ is way better than Branko, but CQ himself doesn't think so. And his latest round of war of words with him is a great indication of that.

Filpao went from coaching Brazil at the WC to a Chinese club team talk about an upgrade!!

CQ got 4 points in the group of death and was inches away from advancing while Branko only got 1 point vs the worst team in Africa. not only that but brankos horrendous showing at WC 06 was the beginning of our dark ages which lasted until 2013, when CQ brought our team back to the international stage.

so how is branko more successful these days? by winning the coveted PGL 2 years in a row. WOW

CQ took us to b2b WCs. the football world actually respects us now after branko and gN sabotaged our team over 10 years ago. this isn't a red or blue thing, its a TM thing. if anyone doubts that CQ is best fit for our NT then you're delusional. give CQ the ideal preparations he needs and some unbiased refs and he can lead us to a world cup title. just look at what he's done for Uruguay and Russia. he showed them how to beat portugal and spain

It is tiring to go to almost every thread and see the same discussions being persued by more or less same protagonists in one form or another. It seems to be a matter of choice and opinion, the same points are being regurgitated over and over again. I think it’s time to move on dear friends.

Felipe Scolari won the world cup with Brazil in 02 and was runner up in Euro 04 with Portugal. Nowadays, with the kind of money that the Chinese pay to the world class coaches such as Scolari, he works and shares his footballing knowledge for the salary that the Chinese pay him, and there is nothing wrong with that.
Back in 2015, Branko was hired by the Perspolis management to overhaul their miserable situation. And Branko managed to do that. Nowadays, Perspolis has become a respectable football club in both Iran and Asia again.
If you knew a little more about world football, you would know that CQ did not show Oscar Washington Tabarez how to beat Portugal. In fact it is CQ who has learned a thing or two from the legendary Uruguay coach. He has mentioned how much he has respect for Tabarez in the past.
It wasn't Branko's departure that caused the Iranian football to experience a major downfall. It was the firing of the IFF head Mohammad Dadkan by the head of the sports ministry Ali Abadi which FIFA considered to be a political move and thus issued major suspensions and gave penalties to those involved in the matter causing the Iranian football to plunge even deeper into the hole that they were already in.

                  Hi there, how are you?
As you have mentioned, the personnel opinions of mine as well as the respectable brangoh haters keep repeating themselves.
But if they weren't important enough, perhaps, we wouldn't be spending so much time discussing and talking about this issue.
So with all due respect my friend, let us find out where this leads us to.
                  Thank you in advance.

All sides win -- Branko gets his own spotlight and TM gets the peace it needs to thrive. PP can figure it out after spending the last few years selfishly harming the national interest.

That would be AMAZING if that retard goes and coaches Iraq. I would love nothing sweeter than for us to get revenge against Iraq by beating them while they are led by Brangoh.

It would be hitting 2 birds with 1 stone. Iran beating Iraq and CQ beating that weasel Brangoh.

Branko is the worst TM coach ever. We had a stronger squad in 2006 but he couldn't even beat Angola.
