SS still have a lot of quality players. Rahmati,Ghafouri. Montazeri, Bagheri, Heydari all give good experience. Sohrabian, H. Hosseini, Cheshmi, Farshid Esmaeili are proven talents from last year. Daneshgar, Ali Karimi, Farshad Mohammadi Mehr are all very good players for asian standards. Allahyar, Ghaedi, Aghaei are all top talents in iran. Djeparov and Thiam will provide excellent international quality. They really dont need to do this with Majid from a quality standpoint. Its sad to stall a players development like this, tranzonspor would be a fantastic move for him, SS would get some cash, and be able to reinvest in 1-2 more players. Its disappointing that Shojaiean is still out, anybody know when hes supposed to be back?

It feels like SS are really making this move to appease a bunch of retarded fans who know nothing about football. Because in reality, replacing Ebrahimi with a younger ali karimi
(arguably higher ceiling, albeit not a ready made leader), losing a LB in noorafkan who was never a central piece of SS game plan, and replacing Majid Hosseini with Danesghar, but keeping Cheshmi, and getting many new exciting youngsters hasnt really weakened the team from a footballing standpoint.
