If this goes to FIFA Esteghlal's done for (not literally)

Again, Esteghlal does not have to sell Hosseini at all if Trabzanspor refuses to give the release clause.

they can always complain to FIFA and get whats coming to them if they indeed have a contractual rights that provides them financial benefit upon his transfer..!
they can't just hold his Passport hostage ...!! what sorta bs is that..?

Eftekhari wont defend more against Trabzonspor. If continue these unfair behaviors, Trabzonspor goes to FIFA. Of course Hosseini too.

Esteghlal has a camp in Turkey right? the kid could join them and disappear to joing Trabzon from there.

Big up to Torabi and Allayar for joining this kind of hostage clubs

                Poor Hosseini

But I think the best option is FIFA

He wants to go, Trabzonspor want him and he has a release clause which still can be pulled for more than a week - don't know what result Esteghlal are hoping for...

^ you have stated it clearly so SS has no choice, but Majid was not fair to SS, he should have let them know earlier so they could find a replacement. morality seems to be always the first forgotten thing.
Turkey needs to play a man's game and be fair. no need to go to international bodies all the time and every time....
No need to trick the players and make money from stupidity of some iranian club directors

International court dismisses Turkey’s gas complaint against Iran
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Director of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) for international affairs said the international court of arbitration has rejected Turkey’s gas claim against Iran.
Azizollah Ramezani said that the court ruled in favor of the National Iranian Gas Company and rejected the Turkish Petroleum Pipeline Corporation’s (BOTAS) appeal against Iran.
He added that Turkey’s complaint had been brought to the international court of arbitration in January 2012, and the court issued its ruling on the case on November 10, 2014.
According to Ramezani, the Turkish company had sought lower prices for the natural gas it imports from Iran due to what it called lack of assurances that Iran has enough gas to supply to Turkey.
He said ruling on another compliant filed by the Turkish firm about reduction of Iran’s gas price is still pending.
In 1996, Tehran signed an agreement with Ankara to export up to 10 billion cubic meters of natural gas to Turkey for 25 years.
Turkey imports one-third of its natural gas needs as well as some 30 percent of its oil needs from Iran.
Iran owns one of the world’s largest natural gas reserves, and is also Turkey’s second biggest gas supplier after Russia.
Iran’s natural gas is of crucial importance to Turkey as the energy-hungry country uses a significant portion of imported Iranian gas to generate electricity.

What are you talking about the this is business, Majid doesn't owe Esteglal anything.

You go off on tangets that have nothing to do with this transfer, and you talk like this is tarof bazi morality situation. Of you want to talk morality, It is not moral for eses to block a lawful contract release.

Majid has a release clause in his contract, please look up what that means legally. By holding Majids passport as a means to prevent this transfer Esteglal is in breach of contract. Majid is well within his rights to file a complaint against eses at ces or FIFA.

It's not Majids job to make sure eses has a replacement, just like it's not my employees job to make sure I have a replacement for them when they get a better job. A notice is nice but it's not an obligation. Eses is acting unprofessional here and embarrassing themselves, not Majid... Get real.

WHo are you to even think of talking to me? Majid's relative? Agent? fine. let him go.
in American companies that are well run when a key person is leaving he gives notice and he trains someone to take over his project unless they have screwed him, and own him benefits and did not give him promotion. As far as I know SS did everything for him. case closed. You can go on and talk and quote and claim being smarter but that is fine. You know your limits hopefully.

And Asian cup is just around the corner. CQ needs the players to be around and not have to get permission from Qatar or somewhere else to have them for preparation. How many people here are registered Dallal by the way?

Lol excellent professional, calculated unemotional response.

This is a forum a place to discuss and present differing opinions.. you don't seem to like that.

I like the baseless pivot to AC and CQ as if IPL clubs have a stellar track record of releasing players for TM camp.

Having Pouraliganji and Hosseini together during the regular season can do wonders for our TM defence. How is the coach at the team they are going to.
