The players pass is hand if iff because of wc. They arrange everything for the players. Then iff sent it to Esteghlal because of Esteghlal training camp ore Esteghlal asked for it. When they resceved the passport they refused to give it back.

The deal is he had a clause in his contract that he could leave for a amount of money before 15 July and that amount would be higher after 15. So Esteghlal refused to send bank account so Turkish club couldn’t pay and didint give his passport til after 15 so he couldn’t sign anything.
