idk why people think ezatolahi did so badly by moving to russia. At the age of 21, he has already participated in the championls league, europa league, nearly won the domestic league, been involved in 2 relegation battles, played against top sides in hostile high pressure conditions, and started 2 WC matches and countless WCQ matches. How many other defensive midfielders AT HIS AGE (specialist position that requires most unique skillset and discipline on the pitch) can say that? Not many.
In his time in russia he has really grown in the defensive aspects of his game, and his positioning is excellent. Also, at Amkar, as he became a permanent starter, he ironed out his weaknesses in possession which we saw as he grew in confidence, consistenly increased his passing accuracy until he was hitting the 80% or higher mark every game (at one point he was in the 50's), and started to even contribute with key goals and assists.
There must be a reason he left ATM, they clearly didnt see him as a first team player, and going to Getafe's youth team was not that attractive as going to a CL team in Rostov with a good chance of getting some minutes.
I think he will make a solid move still this summer. A top Russian side would be excellent step up for him. His age means whatever he does his future still looks bright.
Delfi's move to PSV is different. They are well known for quickly integrating young players, and they are PAYING a sizeable transfer fee , totally different from a trial or "start at the youth team" type move. He is going straight into the first team. Maybe he will play some games with youth team in Youth Champions League or something, but for the most part he will be a first team player, in all trainings, etc.
tbh, im more excited about delfi's move than ARJ. He has so much more potential that ARJ, a tall winger/forward, with excellent speed, agility, and dribbling, and great crossing and link up play, in addition to a clear eye for goal that ARJ didnt develop until much later in his career. Cannot wait to see how him and Allahyar, who i believe is in great hands with Schaeffer, will develop in the next few years. Hopefully taha returns strong from an injury, and daei is able to help him regain his form as well. These three have the potential to be the core of our TM in the next decade.

If true, which I still am not 100% certain of, this would be a dream come true for me.
Well, actually the dream would have been seeing Karimi play for PSV, but Delfi would do .

'PSV reaches agreement: Iranian sensation fast on its way to Eindhoven' Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 20:44
PSV will strengthen itself with Younes Delfi. That report Iranian media. Delfi is a seventeen year old talent who plays in his native country at Esteghlal Khuzestan.
Various Iranian media, including Tasnimnews , say that Delfi is on its way to Eindhoven. Reportedly, PSV deposits 550,000 euros for the seventeen-year-old wing attacker, known as sensation. Delfi was according to reports also in the interest of the Turkish Besiktas, which therefore misunderstands.
Delfi made his debut in 2016 in Esteghlal's main force. Last season, he played 24 games for his current club, in which he made seven goals. He made a great impression with Iran on the WKO17 in India, which was held in 2017. The young Iranian also stood out by making two goals in the group stage and delivering an assist. Iran won all group matches and was eliminated in the quarterfinals by Spain, which was 3-1 too strong.“I swear it upon Zeus an outstanding runner cannot be the equal of an average wrestler.” - Socrates
