Argentina has the best atmosphere during matches. Their fans are one the best and crazy. Which makes it a big go for me.

One of the problems being that the best talent is quickly signed up into an European League, with regards to Brazil and America a lot of there new young talent has a desire to play in Europe and develop there due to the infrastructures of their youth systems and training grounds etc.
The MLS in terms of attendance is actually on the rise, new teams like Atlanta have expanded the attendance records but the problem is that it is seen as a retirement home for older European players and now the same thing is happening in Japan.
Also as was mentioned before a lot of work needs to be done on match fixing and rules over ownership, the amount of times in Japan the team playing better gets a player sent off and then loses 1-0 is astonishing. I know this because it screws up my bet every week
Totally agree with you. And in terms of attendance and quality of play, I actually think that within the next decade MLS can overtake Liga MX.
But the issue is none of these non-European leagues can currently match up to the top European ones, whether its due to attendance, ownership, match fixing, etc...

Definitely, that is what we should aim for. First we must overtake UAE, Qatar and the rest, before we can even think about European standards...

We can. But IR needs to go

        1) Privatization. Revenue. Solid financial structures. Obvious. TV rights

        2) Youth academies. Set a real infrstructure. FORCE players to learn crossing, trapping, and basic ball distribution.

        3) Weight training/Nutritional science programs

        4) Better club liasons. Summer tournaments in Turkey etc. Better PR.

        5) Related commission to get rid of crooked dalals.

Do these 5 and we will have an explosion of talent/investment/players going from IPL to Europe

Mexican League is solid and probably around the level of middle to lower EU leagues

They have a lot of quality foreigners from South America and Europe

Local talent, stadiums, and academies are decent

European football will be doomed if United States take football more seriously.

Of course with proper management, investment, academy, money.

              Your thoughts?
The answe is clear. If Iran develops into one of the best countries in the world, IPL may follow, too.

We were on that route 40 years ago, but I don’t forsee it going back on track anytime soon.

For now, send players at young age to Europe, same as African and South American teams(even Brazil who are the greatest football nation would probably suck if they solely relied on their domestic league).

Would there ever be a basketball league better than NBA? Same question really..
