I mean, he's not known as a master tactician so I'm not expecting miracles. He's a good grass roots coach and fosters good relationships with his squad and the backroom of the club, which are good qualities these days.

Apart from 1-2 seasons at norwich before leaving, he's generally left a very positive impression in his recent stints.
