It is obvious that he is not accepted by his teammates. This is squarely on the coach. A decent coach, could and should make clear to everyone that the success of the team comes first, regardless of their personal likes and dislikes.

I think it is a bit natural for the players who have been there and fought to win promotion to resent a newcomer who makes way more than them. But, it is the coach's responsibility to overcome this tendency. And in that, CH has failed miserably.

In Holland he was scoring left and right against Venlo or crappy teams like that and didn't impress very often against the top 3. He was best player in Holland second division where the level was low.

He need a league that afford him time and space to hide his very weak first touch.
