No credible source has confirmed CQ's departure. CQ's post is dubious and is not an official farewell. IFF has not confirmed his departure. There are challenges to pay him due to sanctions and this has been known for a while yet Taj has said that IFF is still working toward finding a way to pay him.

So much respect for CQ man ! He hasn't been paid , yet still he has decided to stay ! so much respect if this turns out to be true ! and even if he leaves i'll still have so much respect him (after all the things that he has done for us)

I don't blame him if he leaves. It's not justifiable to work in a country where your bank account gets blocked just because you're working with them. It's easy for us to say that he should stay. But if he's not getting paid for the last 6 months and his account has gotten frozen then it just wouldn't makes sense.
