He didn't even join the two top Qatari sides Duhail or Sadd, this is a mid table Qatari's team!!! Clearly money oriented move.

He's the future leader of our line of defense, which many of us thought would be PAG..

No ambition, no patience. What a shame and a waste.
And for the 100th time to other members - Qatar is where our players should go to get their retirement check, not waste their prime years.

Our players live a luxury life in these Persian gulf states. They're treated like celebrities and make the money that they can dream of in any other country. So for those motivated players who want to strive and progress in their professional footballing career, they choose European clubs and settle with much lesser $$$ (ARJ, Azmoun, Ezzi) and those players who mainly care about $$$ and their financial future, they always end up Qatar and UAE. Well thank God the political ties between the IR and UAE has darkened in the recent years, so no UAE transfers for our players any longer.
PAG has always been about money. First his shocking move to China, then Qatar and now again back in Qatar. Ki ashkaato paak mikone, vaghti ke pool nadaari...

I am disapointed just like the rest of u, PAG has incredible potential, physical, robust and effective but at the end of the day he needs to make money. Our system doesn't look out for our players, everything is a struggle, maybe he's taken enough risks, endured enough hardships to be here.Keep calm and believe in Fairies and Footballers Roxanaz

I read some where that PAG had endured alot of hardships in the past. I don't know his personal life but I know how it can be like going through hardships in life. From his instagram I know he is very close to his family and this is one aspect about him that I admire alot. I won't judge him and will support him no matter what. But I just feel it is a pity that he let go of the opportunity to play in Europe. Especially so when he is still single (no kids yet) and still young. Humans are most mobile (geographically) when they are young with no kids yet. Being at Eupen was supposed to be PAG's golden opportunity to do well and then progress to better leagues. he could become one of the best defenders in Asia. But....he has made his decision. I can only respect that and continue to support him regardless.A Singapore girl who supports Iran Football
