Sure it's possible but highly unlikely. The paperwork they refer to as needing to be sorted out is more the contract negotiations with the player. Ezzatolahi has been in Europe just as long as Ansarifard (so I'm assuming they'd have similar visa issues) and yet ezzatolahi didn't seem to have this kind of delay.

If you want to hold on to hope, we can make up that maybe Karim is waiting until after international break to sort it all out
