EXACTLY. How the hell is he not there?
He was better and more accomplished than all of these players (including Karimi) and was a beast in the Asian Cup.
I'm pretty sure it was in AC 2000 when he scored that crazy goal against china, right?
Also in 2004, he absolutely destroyed it with his unbelievable passing and all the assists he gave to Karimi and others.
It's honestly crazy that he's not there, unless they'll have a separate poll for wingers or forwards? The last poll Daei won was for "strikers".
Were all the players in this poll mainly central mids? Karimi definitely was a CAM, and i'm pretty sure Nakamura was in the center too.
