The creators of the game(assuming they didnt steal it from China), the oldest national team is somehow the only English speaking team we havent played, as we have played all of Australia New Zeland Republic of Ireland Northern Ireland Scotland Wales USA and Canada in our history yet we have not played England. Aside from England, Italy is the other big name we have never played.

Just one of those things I guess, it's hard for us to get top friendlies against the best European sides over the last few decades for obvious reasons (apart from Germany due to good contacts with people in the German FA at that time), so the only real chance for meeting these countries is if we are drawn against them in the world cup (eg we only just played Spain for the first time this WC).
We haven't played England, Italy or Belgium ever.

It could be two reasons:
1. Our Team is too tough (English are scared of facing tough opposition just think about Wars they had with us they had Afghan allies in the first war, then in World War I Russian Empire helped them conquer North and themselves invaded the South) in World War II the same happend except it was Soviet Union instead of Russia). They have only played Australia few times in their entire football history and that is their fellow English-speaking relative
2. They will ask for a lot of money which our federation rightfully rejects since England team are weaklings and not worth millionsLast edited by Rooyintan; 10-12-2018, 09:43 PM.

English people in general dont care about international football unless its the World Cup even the Euros isnt that much important for fans.
When was the last time England played Argentina? A very spicy rivalry but rarely happens im sure English fans would really want to see them play against Argentina in a World Cup again without fearing of losing.
Saying they are scared is far fetched.

I think rooyintan is right when he talks about the money, especially now it’s the Nations Cup taking place when England do get a freindly they will be looking for ‘prestige’ games. They are more likely to get a bigger crowd if they play a team such as Germany for example.
I think the best chance for a friendly would be if they drew an Asian team in the World Cup as they would most likely prepare by playing an Asian team in a friendly.
Political ties also comes into effect, there has been for a long time an uneasy relationship between the two countries due to politicians being idiots. Especially at the moment with Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe being in prison still the idea of a friendly would be shot down immediately.

We have a positive W/D/L record against all the top 30 teams that we have played the most apart from Turkey - We haven't beaten them 6 attempts and have a -11 goal difference.
