who dafauq is PP left back..!! he was most responsible for that kiri conceded goal.... the guy went by him as if there was nothing there and sent in that ball into box and Jalaal left way too much space for the goal scorer... i think he was caught wrong footed..!!??

PP have lost the MF completely and Al Sadd is dictating the whole tempo and the game as if its a home game for them..!!
lets hope they can maintain till HT and then try to reorganize for 2nd half

I do not like the calm and focus Al sadd is playing with and the nonchalant play of Perspolis. They need to make this game into a physical war asap! This is for the finals not training. Whoever fights hardest and has more fouls will win.

This game thus far is exactly what I had imagined. Perspolis with scattered and unorganized attacks which create zero threats on Al Sadd’s goal. Followed by conceding a goal. And then a luck factor to determine the fate of this game.

I hate to say this, but in all honesty Al Sadd’s chances look better so far. They play a better football.

Beiranvand saved us a min ago. Otherwise it would have been 2-0

Half time. Hopefully Branko can instill some focus into the team, they look dizzied by the pressure especially defensively. Al Sadd looks beatable, just need to put on the pressure.
