Whats new was khiabanis personal attacks on CQ : After suspect ref decision after suspect ref decision "Inam chehreye keyrosh ke mese hamishe dare eteraz mikone", "Benazar miyad kapshen keyrosh kharabe", then he sounded happy when venezuela scored and pissed when iran scored, kept saying we were playing horrible and defensive...Name one other country where the commentator makes personal attacks of this kind on the head of the national team.

What’s crazy too is this was clearly TMs most attacking/up tempo game in ages. If azmoun and taremi could finish their sitters and if any of the hand balls in the box were called then what would he say....

although it was against sierra leones C team, i remember watching gholizadeh and saying WOW he has it all. this guy has technique, pace, and an exceptional vision. I've been wanting him to be in our starting 11 since then.

cq needs tactics that suit his players, not the other way around. ghoddos and ajb have had a tough time adapting to CQs defensive tactics and its frustrating for all parties. also changes need to be made, how many fcking chances is he gonna let karim, taremi, and sardar miss without giving another player *cough* rezaei *cough* a solid chance to be our first striker. id seriously consider talking gucci out of retirement if i was CQ. gucci could score at will and is still fit

Still don't know why people have us using two DM's in the AC. I see Ezzi, Ghoddos, and Amiri starting. Omid has played fantastic but we don't need to play the same tactics that we did in the WC. Also I don't see Rezaeian (edit) starting again unless there are injuries. He was terrible today.

thats why i have rezaei as a bubble player. he's really close to loosing his starting job

you mean rezaeian. KAveh Rezaei may actually be pushing for starting spot cuz azmoun doesnt look up to it yet.

REzaeian was indeed horrible, moharrami is wayyyy better imo. Ramin was just really out of shape, couldnt even make one overlap and was struggling after each sprint

Yes. That's what I meant. Rezaei is a player I really want to get more time than he is getting.

I don't think TM played a bad game, our scoring chances was much better than them, obviously with the absent of two of our main CB the defense looked shaky and at this stage i think Moharrami should be our first choice of RB in AC. Both Rezaeian and Abedzadeh looked terrible on Venezuela's goal.
Saman still couldn't bring his A level match to TM. I don't know what is going on...

The Reality is that CQ was right all along.

TM can't just change tactics from all defense to offense over night and that's why we are smuggling in finishing.

TM has had 4 friendlies so far and will have 2 more before the start of AC , however ,we will not see the true
offensive potential of TM until the knockout stages.

This process takes time.

The ref was horrible. That was a clear penalty on Taremi and there was a clear handball penalty as well which prevented Torabi's shot.

Not a great game from most of our players. Abedzade and the 2 CDs shouldn't start in AC. Torabi and Gholizade were a breath of fresh air again. Azmoun pour again.
