This is not like last time where the sports ministry head directly had the federation head fired (Aliabadi firing Dadkan).

FIFA already gave a warning, it was also on AFC's website. Gianni Infantino delivered this warning in person when he went to the Persepolis game.

Most of these noises are from IFF gangs of dinosaurs and their lackeys. IFF is an NGO institution in Iran under Iranian laws with no exemption from civil or legal laws.
Majlis law regarding retired employees was not passed for football federation but it's a general law and IFF cannot be exempt from it. That is not interference.

Law does not interfere in IFF election nor recommend any particular individual. It does not pressure members to select any particular candidates, it simply telling them they cant employ over aged candidates that has been with government and are retired already.

I don't like this stupid law and there are so many things wrong with it but as long as this law is in effect it applies to IFF too and it is not in conflict with the independence decision making of IFF charter. They( IFF General assembly) will meet in less than two weeks and they will decide how to comply with the law. These old farts they receive monthly retirement from Government but they don't think the law applies to them.

These old retired officials some with 3-4 jobs they benefit greatly from IFF jobs and reluctant to leave. They have connections in media with scare tactics.
Create smoke and mirror to politicize the issue, scare people from a possible ban, open a window for FIFA to interfere, that is their game plan.
They will lose.

It seems Taj is exempt from this Retirement law because of his claims of "Janbaz" status. Under the law (ماده 60 قانون خدمات رسانی به ایثارگران ), a veteran who has injury inflicted during the war may be exempt if this injury is over 50% ( from their chart and confirmed by medical authorities).

taj sustained some injury ( Replacement joint and pelvic surgery). It was reported to be less than 25% but 10 years ago he revised the percentage to 45% because, as a result of age condition worsen ( his doc claimed).
During the past 10 years no new claimed were filed but a month ago he requested an increase to 53% as a result of a new test.
53% is enough for exemption.

Taj received temperary exemtion to stay at his post till his status is clarify. Kafashian said they prefere that in writting.
Kafashian said because of an amendment to their constitution there will not be any problem in future but he is hoping to get a waiver for the gang of 5 to hold to their posts till Asian Cup.

در فدراسیون فوتبال در قسمت هایی از فدراسیون از جمله دبیرکلی تغییرات اتفاق افتاد؛ تنها مورد، مجوز موقتی بود که به تاج داده شده است تا به پرونده اش رسیدگی شود تا هر زمان که رسیدگی شد، اگر مثبت باشد به کارش ادامه می دهد و اگر منفی باشد تغییرات انجام خواهد شد.

من از جزئیات جلسه خبر ندارم اما برای برون رفت از این شرایط دو راه وجود دارد. اول اینکه تکلیف خود تاج باید مشخص شود که آیا می تواند مجوز ادامه کار را طبق ماده 60 بگیرد یا نه،

نگاه من به ماجرا مثبت است، من هرگز به عنوان کسی که سال ها در فوتبال هستم به دنبال آسیب زدن به فوتبال نبودم و ما اصلا به تنها چیزی که فکر نمی کنیم، تعلیق است و اصلا هم دوست نداریم فوتبال ما به خصوص فوتبال ملی ما صدمه ببیند. اصلا الان نباید بحث تعلیق مطرح شود. هم من و هم سایر اعضای هیأت رئیسه تمام تلاش خود را به کار گرفته ایم تا مشکل از فوتبال مان دور شود و کمک حال فدراسیون باشیم.نایب رئیس فدراسیون فوتبال درباره اینکه مسعود سلطانی فر به صورت شفاهی اعلام کرده که مهدی تاج مشکلی ندارد، گفت: وعده شفاهی به درد نمی خورد اگر وزیر ورزش در نامه رسمی این موضوع را اعلام کند یعنی مسئله حل شده است اما صحبت شفاهی دردی از فوتبال را دوا نمی کند.کفاشیان در پایان در پاسخ به اینکه در نهایت در آینده چه اتفاقی می خواهد برای فوتبال بیفتد، گفت:

طبق اساسنامه جدید ما در دوره های بعدی به مشکل بر نخواهیم خورد چون در اساسنامه آمده که دیگر از افراد بالای 65 سال نمی توان استفاده کنیم. اگر هم اکنون مشکلی هست به دلیل ضعف اساسنامه بوده که آنهم در اساسنامه جدید برطرف شده است.

دنبال استعفا علی کفاشیان از کمیته فوتسال،مهدی تاج_رییس فدراسیون فوتبال_ ضمن تقدیر از زحمات ایشان در این مسولیت طی حکمی،داوود پرهیزکار را به عنوان سرپرست کمیته فوتسال منصوب کرد.
پرهیزکار از سال 1376 در فدراسیون فوتبال در سمت های مختلف به ایفا مسولیت پرداخته است.
