Montazeri's selection is simply STUPID! That extra spot could have gone to Alipour, after Sardar the gap between him and other target forwards is HUGE!
I mean we have Majid and PAG and Kanani. Cheshmi can also play as CB. 4-5 players was selected as DM. He took two RB in Ramin and Vouria. What was the point of taking 35 years old slow CB there? I don't get this!
There are already some pretty much done players in this list(Ashkan, Masoud)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Noorollahi is quite good. He is reliable as a DM and he has decent offensive power. He has an amazing long distance shot. He is not as good as Ezzattollahi of course yet he could fill part of the vacuum created by Saeid's injury. He has the ACL playoffs and finals experience under his belt and CQ has trusted him with a couple fo friendlies where has performed well.

I am glad I was not the one saying: come on go to europe, come on come to europe. I am homescik I want to watch you play in Europe so I can go to stadium. Let me not remind those who kept on saying, JB to PL. Ezat, Dej to Pl, Moharrami,..... If a player is not built like Daei, Bagheri, or Karim, he can easily get injured in Europe. for me, out of all the players that are missing, only Saeed's absent is significant. still, I think Amiri can replace him and do a very good job and Nourolahi can also be a pretty decent back up in case of an injury to the starters.

Gholi is at the camp. Here is the latest report on this from Varzesh3 with Gholi's photo. They are going to keep him there and continue his treatment. Apparently it is possible to add him if they have another last minute injury (assuming he is match-ready by then).

Well his team has three players(Beiro, Nourollahi and Torabi), that is beside Esteghlal(Ghafouri, Montazeri and Cheshmi), highest in CQ list!

I think you can't fake injuries, the players probably will be checked by AFC med staffs or something like that, otherwise anyone can do this!
