i have little to no faith in taremi, i will be honest.

Taremi, Azmoun, Beiranvand, Pouraliganji, Hosseini will shine. Hoping Cheshmi does not flop, if he is going to play I rather he play in the midfield than anywhere near our box.

If given the opportunity to start, Saman Ghoddos will shine and be the player of the tournament

My dark horse selection is Mehdi Torabi. He's always played well for TM, and has a very impressive goal scoring record, even in limited substitute appearances.

With Jahanbakhsh's and Gholizadeh's injury concerns, this leaves a creative vacuum on the wings that Torabi can fill.

I could be wrong, but the way I see it Taremi must be a big part of it if we are going to win the cup!
I just wish we could play him at center forward.

The Qatar match line up will most likely be our first match line up. While starting all of our 3 forwards, i hope to see Torabi at some point during the game.

Azmoun and Taremi have forged a very fruitful relationship on the pitch and both have goals to minutes ratios which I believe are unmatched, particularly given the quality of opposition (ie better than when Karim Bagheri was banging in a bakers dozen against Maldives)

I hope that this will be the culmination of this on a greater stage.
