The toxicity you describe is between Queiroz and parts of the iranian media and clubs - for the players it hasn't had a negative effect. If anything it has galvanised them - as per what they have said themselves they give everything for him. So I don't see this "toxicity" you describe but as a siege mentality. If anything, I think it has been positive, again as per what the players say.
Toxicity is locker-room bust ups of 2006, players slapping each other on the pitch, players not passing to each other.
If this is toxicity, based on the discipline and teamwork I've seen of Iran over the last few years, then toxic me up to the max.
