Typical Iranian LA “you scratch my back I’ll scratch yours”. How in the blue hell does IRIB 3 show a better quality and you (GLWiZ) give the exclusive rights to Pars TV? I mean I could be mistaken but someone who knows the situation please explain.
So Glwiz did everything legally. They could only broadcast the ParsTV once they bought the U.S. rights for Irans game. Glwiz was not allowed to show any other stream other than ParsTV who they probably paid for the stream.

The real issue is why ParsTV is illegally using another stream. FOX or IRIB can go after them heavily for rebroadcasting their stream.

What did you all expect? For ParsTV to have the budget of FOX or IRIB. Unfortunately there is no sponsorships or actual money in Iranian soccer to fund any legit streams. The only reason IRIB exists and CQ works for TM is because the government gives so much money.
      It doesn't work that way.
If you pay for the rights, you get a stadium feed which shows the game and only has stadium audio. You then can commentate over it.
You don't need to send your own cameramen, etc...

GlWiZ gave the rights to Pars TV when they could have not blocked IRIB 3. Nobody is complaining about what Pars TV did. It’s more towards why GLWiZ blocked IRIB 3 when the quality of IRIB 3 would have been clearly better. Typical LA kolah bardars.

Are you just speculating that they didn't buy the rights?

If ParsTV bought the U.S. rights, GLwiz could not legally stream IRIB. That's what buying the U.S. rights means. Now if they didn't buy the rights that would be a different story, however I find that highly unlikely.

Does anybody what that was about?

I have IPTV, so just watch the game through IRIB 3. They also had it on Shabake Varzesh, but probably also bootlegging cause it was not full screen and they would show other stuff in between..lol
IRIB 3 has the exclusive broadcast rights for TM games. Varzesh TV will show the other games.

GLwiz is legally not allowed to stream the game from IRIB. The only ones allowed to broadcast the game in the U.S. in GLwiz.

If GLwiz broadcasts the game through IRIB, PARStv can sue GLwiz for damages.

You think they dealt with afc's distributor and bought the rights from them? They just are in bed with glwiz and just paid them off to not stream irib in my humble opinion. I've seen legit feeds from the afc and that is not it, that is not it.

IRIB3 has exclusive broadcast rights for TM games in Iran, not the U.S.

Again if they actually didn't buy the rights that is a different story, but I find it highly unlikely. Most of these broadcast rights are sold via a bid system. So they could have paid pennies to get the broadcast rights for Iran games in the U.S.

@Mansoor who is the member that made the initial post stated ParsTV actually bought the AFC broadcast rights for Iran games in the U.S.

"ParsTV" is not a tv station, bootleging the game from Australian tv, cutting the sound, and adding their own yapping, hiding fox logo, and putting their own, popup ads everywhere, the U.S can sue "Pars Bootlegging Center" for showing illegal footages of the game

True, but no one said anything before today.
I would be happy using ParsTV stream if their quality was good and they didn't commentate over the OZ stream.

I agree with that sentiment. FOX can sue ParsTV for doing this. I just don't know if FOX will even care though. FOX is too big of a company to care.
