Just a theory, and due to Queiroz's emotional character I don't necessarily think is the case, but many coaches and officials use such media outbursts to draw the press' attention to them and away from the players in critical situations, taking pressure off the players.
Uli Hoeneß, a similarly emotional and clever person, as Bayern manager was famous for that.
So maybe all calculated to stop reporters from writing about the undoubtly poor performance vs. Iraq and let the players escape numerous questions about that performance and it's implications as everyone is focusing on Queiroz's civil war instead?

Honestly we all knew the types of shady characters that exist in Iran.
However those who disgust me the most, are these honorless traitor players who played under CQ before, but now have turned against him for their own personal agenda and not being invited.
Hosseini, Alipour, Sadeghian etc are a bunch of f*cking snakes.. Most disgusting characteristics a man can have.. Real dissapointing seeing TM legends like Hosseini behaving like this.
Do we have any more players except for the few posted here that have come out in support for CQ and the team?Last edited by Camran khan; 01-19-2019, 04:36 AM.

I also want to understand the back story to why quieroz said those things on tv? I read somewhere that he did that because Taj told him IFF will not be renewing his contract anymore? So what? Were assuming that CQ was butthurt so he went ahead and spoke ill on tv?
Kindly brief me.

I cannot find the video now but I specifically saw an interview with some TM players before the final selection was being made for WC 2018 and Jalal Hosseini clearly said that if he or anyone else gets crossed off that they will totally understand and respect CQs decision.
What a fricking Hipocrete !!! Totally lost respect for him.

The simple explanation behind all of this is that the regime in Iran owns Radio and TV broadcasting (Seda va Sima) as well Perspolise. These are elements of the regime to assert control over people. They can't assert ownership over Team Meli fearing Fifa sanctions. The regime fears TM's success and people behind it. All these people turning against CQ and TM are either directly part of the establishment or thier livelihood depends on how well they polish the apple. The whole CQ vs Bronko B.S. is the creation of the establishment to demonstrate it's dissatisfaction with having no control on TM. Also importanr to know that Seda and Sima has a new boss (paasdar) who is there to clean up any element of anti establishment. The rise of bacheh mullah fag face Missaghi s one of those moves. If you notice every player who talks against CQ and TM is from perspolise. There is pattern to how this plot is happening.

create controversy and focus on your self so the players can stay in peace. lift the pressure from the players.
but then if Iran doesn't succeed to reach it's goal, you can't come here and blame it on the controversies.

but there is no such thing at the moment. no player is under such pressure.
and the negatives of this outweigh any imagined positives
and if this is a tactic (which I agree is a useful tactic, if used at the right time), THIS was not the time to play your ace card, and waste it on a period with next to no pressure. Not wise
