No I don't think he was expecting to win. But he was not expecting for his team to get totally dominated and thrashed either. It did tarnish his reputation after all.

The boys dominated in every aspect of the game. I am not too worried about the early scares. I am also not worried about the fact that a team like China could organize attacks with a couple of them being relatively close calls. They had six shots with only one on target. They looked less toothless that Oman and I would say that's because we were more organized and played better. Next game will be our real test. I predict that the boys will rise to the occasion and make us proud. I will fly to Abu Dhabi if they make it to the final. I have never seen a TM that is such an amazing manifestation of unanimity and oneness and believe me I have been following it since I was six. A true team!
