Agree with you in the most part, but (and I’m reluctant to bring up the whole debate again now) I do feel there’s sometimes an unnecessarily small team mentality against some teams that leads to an overly defensive and cautious approach in the players that ultimately hurts us. For me it starts with that kind of apex predator chat.

I think it is Qatar who is going to win it all along. They have spend on infrastructure and planning and their football has developed since.. they natuaralised some foreign players but yeah well its qatar..This qatari team will be a big thing in 2 years. They are preparing themselves for WC2022.. while back in Iran we have people who attack team melli and its players and the coach and reached to an extent that some even wish teammelli loses.
