I think Iran 0-1Lebanon was the worst and Iran 2-0 Chile was the best results team melli achieved with Carlos. What do you think?

Not sure why you'd include a friendly match in this list.

Best results:

-Win against Morocco, tie against Portugal are the best results.
-WCQ2014 in Korea to take us to WC2014. 2nd most important result.
-WCQ2018 in Korea against Azadi - the most dominant team melli performance against a top team in the modern era in my opinion.

Worst:
-Uzbekistan loss in Tehran

Nothing Worst about this guys as he has delivered every time, even when we lost( Lebanon, Uzbekistan) we ended up winning and qualifying!!!

Since the question is about the best/worst matches ( not result) i would consider:
Best match:Iran vs Argentina in WC 2014. This was also the strongest opponent that we had ever faced. Our boys did
brilliant against Higuian, Messi, Aguero, Di Maria, Zabaletta etc. Keep in mind that Argentina made it
to the Finals ( unlike Portugal&Spain in last WC).
Our WCQ 2018 game against Korea in Azadi, our games against Spain&Portugal in WC 2018 were great too.
Worst Match: Oman vs Iran (played in Oman) in the first round of WCQ 2018 and WCQ 2014 our opener in Tashkent against Uzb. (We won that game, but we played totally crap and got lucky. I think that was our weakest game under CQ.)
Last game in WC 2014 against Bosnia was also not that good.

Lebanon 0-1. It was by far the toughest time for CQ. A lot of our members were criticizing him at that time.
