Please add Imam Zaman to the list of candidates.
Come on folks how naive are we? First There is no urgency in a TM coach as there is really nothing on the horizon.
So all these names are to cool peoples anger down. They are doing crowd management until they can figure what they want. Trust me none of these coaches will be coming to Iran as IR is literally broke..... At the end I am nothing other than ordinary

I hope this was not posted before.
According to this not really reliable source from germany. CQ has left Iran and Candidates for the job, and now fasten your seatbelts, are:
Jose Mourinho, Jurgen Klinsmann, Laurent Blanc and the Grandmaster himself MISTER ZIZOU ZINEDINE ZIDANEI went to Sharif University. I'm a superior genetic mutation, an improvement on the existing mediocre stock.

With CQ's recent interview release, what does it matter who we get if IFF is not willing to invest in football? We can have Zidane and still if there is no money for friendlies, travel, equipment, then what can we expect. I feel gutted. There is only so much one man can do before he breaks (we saw it with CQ). It seems so hopeless now...all I can wish for is that our legionnaires do well abroad, get some personal glory and by extension, make Iranians happy/proud.

Guys, first of all, is there is a chanceto continue with Querioz, i would go for this option, but in case we need a new coach i am thinking abou possible solutions and here is my view.
First of all, with just one coach, the work will not done. Be ghole Taj, we have now a building masalan with 2 or 4 pitches and now we can work and train there, and all national teams have there rooms and time to work there (true or not, i do not see it with my own eyes, ama belakhare...
i think we need to install a group of coaches in this Team Melli building and the work must be splitted...
Some options:
1) Arsene Wenger + Sven Mislintat + (there staff) + Hashemian + Nouri + Zandi + Mahdavikia + (Karimi / GolMohammadi / Nekounam and/or other)
Wenger as head coach and supervisor: https://www.transfermarkt.de/arsene-...il/trainer/280
No need to describe Wenger. He works with young and technical gifted players and like offensive combination football. I think for iranian talents he can be a good coach and he speaks many languages.
Mislintat as Chef-Scout: https://www.transfermarkt.de/arsenal...ew/news/327781
This guy is super scout. The media is full of praise for him. He was the chef scout for Borussia Dortmund many many years, and speaks german and english. The reason why Dortmund had many good players and good fooball in champions league and bundesliga is also because this guy found talented players here and there, and if he works again with Wenger for Iran, this would be perfect. Arsenal snatcheed him and he is right now still chef scout of arsenal, but before he was many years for BVB. Mislintat parted contract with arsenal, after differences with club boss of arsenal and wenger exit. he will be free from 8 february, in the coming week...he was also the chef scout for klopp and tuchel in bvb..
If both of them can be convinced to work for Iran, this would be perfect as they know each other from arsenal, and they can communicate also in german with our players from the past, which should be installed next to them, like Hashemian and Nouri as two CO-coaches next to Wenger, and also this wo working good together with Mislintat which scout iranian players from young age and also outside of the country. Also Mahdavikia and Zandi and Karimi could work next to he above meantioned names.
Zandi and Mahdavikia: Ferydoon Zandi is friended with Hashemian and Nouri, they know each other, meet each other here and there, and all together have hopefully good relations. Zandi and mahdavikia can be the coaches for crosses, corners, and freekicks. specially zandi hada good left foot, and can teach and train our left footed players which will play on our left back and left wing. we need this. same for mahdavikia for the right side, as he had good runs and crosses and worked as right back and right wing. if we can unite this, it would be perfect. and this two not just working for A-Team but within the nationalteams from youth up to A-Team specially our players from age 16,17 to U23. Form our talents.
Before the asian cup atar had interest in wenger, and rumours about bayern wanting to hire mislintat as chef scout. some media report this, some deny it.
All in all this could be a good combination.
About Karimi, i would like to add that if we want football (!) players like him again, we must install him somehow in the coaching staff. He should be our technical and dribbling skills coach. He should work with players from youth up to our omid and A-Nationalteam and teach them how to dribble, whereto dribble, what to do...to be fair, he was the most technical players we had, even i do not like his personality here and there after ending his career. we must forgive and allow our players to shine again in other posts. Karimi should be specialized on "opening the game" gereh khordane bazi ro hal kardan"...
There are other coaches and parts, we can install our older players. Nekounam for defensive and central middlefield and formin Ezatollahi and co. How long will we continue with omid ebrahimi? His age will not allow to play in the next world cup...
Also Golmohammadi another captain and defensive central defender and working good with iranian teams can and should be considered.
We need a team behind the team, and not just for A-Team but also to bring and scout the players from youth, up to the A-Team.
For example, Hashemian and Nouri as co-coaches next to wenger, can learn from wenger, and be a combo for our U-23 team and olympic team. wo coaches next to each other, help each other. wenger supervise them...
so:
Wenger = head coach
Hashemian = Co-Coach (and coach for strikers
Mislinat = chef scout and coaching/scouting courses for coaches in and outside iran.
Nouri = Co-coache
Mahdavikia = coach for set pieces/freekicks, crosses, runs from the right back and right wing
Zandi = coach for set pieces/freekicks, crosses, runs from the left wing and left back.
Nekounam = coach for central middlefield and leader quality
GolMohammadi = coach for defensive players, specially central defenders
Karimi = Just coach for technical and dribbling skills.
2) Felix Magath + Sven Mislintat (?) + (there staff) + Hashemian + Nouri + Zandi + Mahdavikia + (Karimi /Gol Mohammadi / Nekounam and/or other)[/B]
Nearly the same solution as above, but not with wenger, probably also not with mislintat, but with german coach felix magath, which is working in/for china to scout players and in their new football academy.
Magath: https://www.transfermarkt.de/felix-m...il/trainer/149
Magath worked together with Dejagah (Bundesliga champion) and twice with Karimi in Bayern and Schalke. He is a coach, which will get out of a player everything, when you finish training, you go for your bed to sleep. fitness is important for him. he reached with schalke the semifinal of champions league (!) and 3 times bundesliga champion and 2 times dfb pokal.
Right now they try to bring foreign coaches to china, to teach the younger players and form china into a super power, as they have also build a mega academy there.
Magath could be also head coach, while the german speaking team behind and around him from above can work together with him. Probably here working with Karimi is easier for Ali Karimi, as Magath was the coach which brought him 2 times to german clubs. Magath has a deeper connection to hamburg and also hashemian and mahdavikia have connections to hamburg and living there times of the year.
If Wenger do not come to iran, than magath is at least also a okay/good coach and together with the rest they can probably work good together. At least with Magath our team will be fully fit...if Mislintat is ready to work with magath, this would be perfect as well, if not we can find here another solution.
I think we should take distance from having JUST one SUPER Coach and no team behind the team.
My main focus is that our players and coaches which played and worked outside of iran, somehow to install next to a good professional coach and staff and to combine from down to up in all ages and positions. Football is a team sport, you need some leaders yes, but in every position you need nowadays the right specialist. And our football gives us this players, this is the best we have...World Cup 2006, Frankfurt, Iran vs. Portugal, Iranian Frontpage of GOAL Sportspaper

And on the 8.Day God created Ali Karimi, and he saw he was good!
If Defenders were allowed to use their hands to stop Karimi -

Don't get your hopes high, will be a domestic coach and only after failure to qualify for the next world cup, we will get some average foreign coach.
That all after we will be without a coach and a friendly match for the next few months.
I told you Japan is stronger ahead of the game and I am telling you this now.
Being a TM fan means suffering and there will be a lot of it for quite some time.

They won all their games with one goal( including conceding twice against Turkmenistan) leading up to our game.
Unfortunately this inferiority complex that even Carlos Queiroz had cost us the game.
His sudden change of formation from 4-1-4-1 to going back to 4-2-3-1 with two defensive midfielders showed he
overestimated the Japanese. This ultimately cost us the game as we weakened our own attack and never put Japan under any real pressure.
As for your assesment of the next coach i agree. The next years will be a difficult time for all Team Melli fans.Esteghlal 💙💙

Klinsman and Hashemian as his assistant would make great combination.
CQ did not fail. He made small mistake because many dumb people made a GHOOL out of Japan. The Japanese were looking for team breakdown from minute one. They had seen pooladi and sattar zare videos. Our team deserved the cup. Fortunately the japanese did not get it by tricks.
PGL coaches need to learn and teach their players not to complain when the ref makes a decision , and they need learn how to behave better. No more complaining.
That is why I said do not make a ghool out of japan. some of you were even predicting japan victory. If that is how you feel at times, keep it inside you, wherever it might be more appropriate.

Nice to see that someone else also thinks the problem started with the qatari raf who unfairly gave taremi yellow card. The chinese player was a fault and taremi got the card. What a lousy set of referees. AFC needs to stop using lousy refs. in another match the chinese ref was falling apart.
