Taremi in 1st half against Spain had a golden chance as he had beat offside and would have been 1 on 1 w keeper....but stopped cuz he thought he was offside and ref was gonna call it. By the time he realized, Spain defense recovered. Our players need to learn to keep playing and stop looking at refs and beg for mercy. Just fukkin play your game

Actually when you slow the footage down you see Branko run into the field and blow a whistle causing confusion among the Iranian players which led to them stop and beg the ref to overturn the call.
