        Queiroz has a go-getter, man of action personality that gets things accomplished relatively quickly but at the same time holding the top post at the IFF would not suit him well or Iran well as Queiroz doesn't possess much diplomatic skills; that specific skill is mainly needed to deal with the somewhat corrupt system, that is the IFF and the Sports Ministry. Taj has that skill. As a matter of fact, that is a trait many Isfahanis possess lol.
