Qatar vs Japan Match Thread

When Ali Daei scored alot of goals the Asian Cup had less teams than it has now, less teams participating. less games to play. better quality teams. less chance to score. So its not fair to compare them.
We beating Qatar in a friendly dont make us better than them, its was just a friendly and many teams dont take it that serious.
Us loosing to Japan hurts abit more now when you see that they are not that good as everyone was thinking. How could we let in 3 goals by them and at the same time not even have a game plan.

In 1976 there weren't enough countries with national football programs to fill a 24 team tournament.
Today, there are. This very Qatar we're talking about had only been a member of AFC for 2 years at that point.
Imagine reaching your middle age having followed football most of your life, and NOT being able to figure this stuff out on your own.

Khaak to sareh Iran, IFF and this stupid regime. Qatar has like 2.5 million people. And our best stadium is one from the Shah's era and zero government youth development program.
