As for the Everton possibility, I'm not a huge fan. Not only does it violate my brand new cardinal rule of staying away from EPL, I also don't think Sardar has a legitimate chance at starting there.
DLC has been a revelation. Richarlison is elite. And I still think it's too soon for them to give up on Kean, as Ancelotti will want to work his magic on him. At best, Sardar would be third fiddle fighting for substitute appearances.
I prefer Sardar goes somewhere he can legitimately start (i.e., Napoli).
I think you guys underrate sardar in the everton situation. He is not an inferior player to Calvert Lewin. A front 3 of thsoe three would be spectacular and give them a ton of flexibility and options.
Another great possibility is richarlison moving to the left where he is actually more comfortable. Then you could drop one of the severly underperforming/useless everton wingers (iwobi, walcott, bernard) and play DLC and Sardar up front, Kean has proven to be a liability off the pitch and theyve been trying to get rid of him at least on loan back to italy following multiple off pitch scandals.
A lineup of :
------------------Pickford---------------
Coleman----Keane---Mina/Holgate---Digne
Iwobi------Davies------Gomes--------Richarlison
----------------Azmoun-------DLC--------------
Would actually be fearsome in terms of speed and athleticism up front, plus solid back 5. With the addition of one new central midfielder they would be a real problem for most teams. Sardar would be an instant upgrade to Kean and a source of experience from CL campaigns, two striker systems, and counterattacking play Ancelotti favors. A great coach as well makes it the only place I would like to see Sardar in the PL.
Although Napoli, Leverkusen are in my opinion best options still (first Napoli, then leverkusen). But everton would be a great move too. He would not struggle for playing time and would give them new dimension.
