General rule for leagues is the assists come into play, which Dzyuba is leading in. Sardar needs another goal to seal it.

All I remember in this regard was PL last season. Auba, Mane, Salah all received golden boots.

The "less PK" rule in case of a tie makes the most sense. PKs feel like they have less "weight" as they are more controlled and essentially guaranteed for the taker to score.

I’ve also read sometimes they also account for minutes played, which Azmoun would win in that case. I guess we have to figure out what the criteria is for the Russian League specifically
