how is that even allowable? it's an unethical and conflict of interest. His decisions about TM camps/training/inclusion/etc are directly tied to Sepahan's game schedule/roster/etc. You can't separate one from the other objectively if you're the same person!

Vahid Hashemian HAS to be the head coach of Iran. It does NOT make sense to appoint Ali Daei or Amir Ghalenoei.

Vahid Hashemian as head coach and Markar Aghajanian as his assistant/and whoever else Hashemian wants as his other assistant (German or Iranian, whatever).

Agree with you about disliking GN to coach both team but unethical , conflict on interests ?! really ?1

TM need a full time coach and coaching Sepahan is a distraction and consuming his time with TM but is not unethical or there is conflict of interest.

In case he gets the Job, Interest of Sepahan and TM are parallel . He will select players from Sepahan regardless of if he is their coach or not.
Are you suggesting If he gets both jobs he will select more players from Sepahan? Under previous coach 3 Sepahan players were members of TM , is it conflict of interest to invite them again?.


Problem with coaching both teams beside divided energy and focus is appearance of conflict of interest not actual one and there is nothing unethical about it. IMO it's more evidence of incompetence of IFF to waste time until options are very limited .

I disagree, Hashemian should've been fired along with Wilmots as he had a big part in the terrible results we got against Bahrain and Iraq. For one thing he was the one who had formed the lineups as Wilmots didn't have any knowledge about Iranian football and had relied on Hashemian's expertise in this department. Hashemian had a big part in this coaching staff so it doesn't make sense that he wasn't fired as well.

I understand your sentiment and strong opinion, faith on Vahid but there is no consensus of support among experts and officials in Iran for Vahid. Someday he may become TM coach but that time is not now.

I would prefer Hashemian start with Iranian Youth team, replacing useless Estili as U22 coach and from there works his way upward.

Dear:

He was selected by Wilmots at recomendation by IFF. When Wilmots was fired authomatically Hashemian assignment ended and no need to fire him again.

The main reason (there were few) for his selection at the time was his command of language and understanding of Wilmots .
Unless he knows accent of Naziabad ! GN will have less need for him

How to Read Statement by Spahan FC ( Public relation Office) ?.

Last week Tabesh was adamantly opposed to possible TM choice of GN and suggesting that will not go well in Esfahan and may create tensions( تشنج ).

Latest statement by public relation takes a different tune and approach.

It's laced with sociopolitical slogans and less harsh . Surprisingly there is no word of "objection" to transfer as expressed by Tabesh . They only insist that Sepahan need to keep GN as a coach and speak of peacfull ( آرامش) instead of tention.

No matter how long Sepahan coach asks to make a decision. Sepahan will be against it at any cost. Sepahan FC emphasized again that they are completely against GN departure to TM.

The only way for GN to coach TM is that he leave Sepahan himself by canceling his contract but that will create big tensions in Isfahan and Sepahan fans will turn against him. Will GN leave Sepahan now based on what I said or not? What do you think?
