Except all of Germany's players were born and raised in Germany, and same goes for most of France's players.

It's not comparable to a team like Qatar or China who just snap them up and give them citizenship.

It doesn't really matter where they are born and raised. Many PFDC members are born and raised outside of Iran yet they are Iranian due to their bloodline.
